Requirements
We require the renter (captain) and co-captain to be 25 years of age to rent a houseboat. Upon arrival there must be 2 people 25 years of age. A copy of the renter's valid drivers license and co-captain's is required at check-in. Houseboat may be operated only during daylight hours. Arrangements must be made for after hour arrivals. All captains are required to go through a complete orientation on houseboat handling and operation.

Boarding and Return
Summer Season - Boarding days are Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. Value, Spring and Fall Boarding days are flexible.

Please plan on one to two hours for the captain to complete the onboard orientation; then the rest of the party may come aboard.

7 day trips board on Friday, Saturdays, Sunday, or Monday and return on Thursday, Fridays, Saturday, and Sunday (respectively). 4 day trips board on Mondays, returning Thursdays. 3 day trips board on Fridays, returning Sundays.

Check in times are 8:00, 10:00, 12:00 or 2:00 depending on the time you selected when making your reservation.

Linen Packs
Linen packs are available upon request for $195. Please give 14 days advanced notice.

Fuel
Gas tanks filled at renter's expense upon return of rental.

Pet Policy
One pet is welcome on the Deluxe Lakecruiser, Flybridge and the Cabins for an additional fee.

Reservation Procedures
A $1000.00 booking fee is required on the Orion and Genesis, and a $700.00 booking fee is required on all other houseboats. Booking fee is required within 7 days of making reservation. 75 days prior to arrival balance is due in full. Deposit fees double on Memorial Day, Labor Day, Mothers Day weekends. Payments can be made in the form of Personal Check, Money Order, and authorization on Visa, M/C or Discover. Upon arrival a refundable cleaning and damage deposit in the form of cash or authorization on credit card in the amount of $700.00 for the Deluxe and Flying Bridge, $1000.00 for the Mirage and Ultimate, and $1500.00 for the Genesis. A surcharge of $50.00 per person over advised boat occupancy will apply (maximum of 2). Personal checks accepted when received 75 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation received 90 or more days prior to arrival will result in a refund of your deposit less 50%. Any cancellation made within 90 days of arrival will result in the loss of the entire rental fee. If the houseboat can be re-rented, your payment may be refunded less a $500.00 service charge. A $200.00 fee will be charged for a change in dates of reservations inside the 90 day mark. All cancellations must be in writing.

Damage Waiver
An optional damage waiver is available upon arrival for houseboats. The damage waiver is $18 per day and non-refundable.

Cleaning and Damage Deposit
Your deposit will be used for any extra cleaning, outstanding charges, lost or damage done to the boat resulting from negligent operation of, or activity on the boat.

Final Payment
Payment is due in full 75 days prior to arrival. You may send check, money order or cashier's check. We will only accept payment by the person who rented the boat. Your reservation can be cancelled without notice if we do not receive payment in full by that time. Personal checks accepted when received 75 days prior to arrival. There is a service fee of $200.00 when changing a houseboat reservation within 75 days prior to arrival.

Returned Check Fee
There will be a fee of $25.00 for any returned checks.
